Centrix specializes in micro-dose packaging of bulk materials in all viscosities.  We have three core technologies that offer added protection by providing the right tools for material application, contamination control, and precise dosing.

1. AccuDose® Tube and Plugs & Filling.  This patented

   was invented by Centrix over 40 years ago. It allows

   dosing of single component bulk materials from 0.2ml to 0.5ml.  We provide a variety of
   
   tube styles
   allowing
   
   most viscosities
   to be syringe-able. Direct injection
   
   from any
   of our C-® syringes reduces voids and porosities; and tubes
   
   are disposable
   , eliminating cleanup and cross-contamination.
2. Lollipack® Filling.  This
   
   award winning
   , patented
   
   unit-dose packaging
   provides a single well for 0.2ml to 0.5ml of single
   
   component liquid
   or gel; and a single applicator.  Simply peel back
   
   the cover
   , dip in the applicator and apply. Controlling dosing
   
   through our
   packaging takes the guesswork out of
   
   drug administration
   .
3. MiniMix™ Filling.  This delivery method allows for
   
   the
   
   
   
   precise
   dosing
   of all dual component materials, net volume dispensed 0.5ml.  The MiniMix cartridge
   
   snaps into
   any of our C-®
   
   syringes and
   
   
   squeeze
   the material through
   
   the exclusive
   mixing
   
   nozzle
   
   needletip
   
   . This unique, unit-dose delivery
   
   system removes
   
   
   the heavy
   , clumsy
   
   automix
   syringe of bulk materials; and
   
   virtually eliminates
   waste.
